Straight answers
No, and neither can anyone else. Admission is decided by universities and visas are decided by immigration authorities — no consultant controls either. What we guarantee is that we'll tell you your realistic chances before you pay, file your application correctly and on time, and keep you informed at every stage. Any agent promising a guaranteed visa is telling you something that isn't true.
We guide you on what counts as acceptable evidence for your destination: which accounts qualify, how long funds must be held, whose name they can be in, and how sponsorship and education loans are documented. We do not supply funds, rent bank balances, or arrange money to sit in an account temporarily. Those arrangements are detected, they get applications refused, and they can carry a long-term ban. If that's what you're looking for, we're not the right agency.
Our fees are set per stage and written into your service agreement before any work begins. You'll know the figure for consultation, admission and visa support up front, and we don't add charges midway. Government and university fees — application fees, visa fees, health surcharge, biometrics — are paid by you directly to those bodies and are separate from our fees.
It depends on the destination, the course level and the year — dependant rules have changed sharply across the UK and Canada recently. We check the current rule for your exact programme before you apply, rather than after. Family planning is a core part of what we do, and we'll tell you plainly if your intended route no longer allows dependants.
We review the refusal letter with you, identify what triggered it, and advise whether to reapply, appeal or change route. Your service agreement sets out clearly what is refundable and what isn't in that situation — read that section before you sign, and ask us about anything in it that isn't clear.
